Tools required for installation of Termiturf

  • Stanley knife with new blades
  • Metal straight edge
  • Notched trowel
  • Drop spreader or shovel
  • Wheel barrow
  • Tape measure
  • Rake
  • Stiff bristled broom or power broom
  • Spirit level
  • Screeding (levelling) device
  • Petrol driven vibrating plate compactor for compacting base
Materials required for Termiturf installation

  • Rubble or similar road base material
  • Joining tape (300mm wide)
  • Suitable adhesive used to bond the Termiturf to the joining tape
  • Galvanised flat head nails (150mm long)
  • Fine kiln dried sand (Sand should be fine enough to allow even distribution through the Termiturf)
  • Rubber crumb if desired (0.5-1.0mm finished size)
